트럼프 미대통령은 미국 드론의 격추에 대한 보복으로 이란에 대한 새로운 제제안을 발표했다. 이 제제안은 이란의 최고지도자인 Ayatollah Ali Khamenei 와 많은 다른 사람들("and many others")이 금융수단에 접근하는것을 금지한다.
